Effective date: 22 August 2026
In short: try everything free for three days without a card. If you then subscribe and change your mind, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You can cancel at any time, and cancelling always stops the next charge.
This Refund Policy supplements section 8 of our Terms of Service and forms part of them.
1. Try before you pay
Every account starts with a three-day trial of the paid features. No payment card is required and no charge is made. The trial is not linked to a paid plan, so it cannot turn into a charge by itself. We built it this way so that nobody pays for something they have not tried.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a subscription for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the payment date and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
The guarantee applies to your first subscription payment for the account. Subsequent renewals are covered by section 3.
3. Renewal payments
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We send a receipt for every payment. If a renewal charge was unexpected — for example, you intended to cancel and did not — write to us within 14 days of that charge. If the plan has not been substantially used during the new period, we will refund it. We would rather refund you than keep money you did not mean to spend.
4. Statutory rights in the EU and the UK
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal — which you give at checkout.
Our 14-day money-back guarantee in section 2 is offered voluntarily and is more generous than the statutory minimum in that situation. Your mandatory statutory rights, including rights in respect of a service that is not as described or not of satisfactory quality, are not affected by this policy.
5. What is not refunded
- Periods that have already been fully used, beyond the cases described above.
- Accounts terminated by us for a material breach of the Terms of Service, such as sharing an account or abusing AI allowance through automated means.
- Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts held by the same person.
6. How to request a refund
Email ourpowerapp@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment and the order or receipt number from your Paddle email. That is all we need.
You may also request a refund directly through the link in your Paddle receipt email.
7. How long it takes
We reply to refund requests within two business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method. Paddle processes the refund within a few business days; how quickly it appears on your statement then depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are issued in the currency of the original payment. Any difference caused by exchange rate movement between the payment and the refund is set by your bank and is outside our control.
8. Cancelling instead of refunding
Cancelling and requesting a refund are different things. Cancelling stops future charges and leaves your access running until the end of the period you have paid for. You can cancel using the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email, or by writing to us. After the period ends your account moves to the Free plan and keeps all of your learning history.
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. If you want both, cancel first.
